Memories of Chesham
Reminiscing about the past is a great way for people to share and socialise. It can boost self-esteem and provide a sense of belonging. It can also help people with recall when short-term memories are lost. Listening to people’s stories helps us to learn about the lives of local people and what Chesham was like in the past.
We have a range of reminiscence boxes, which can be borrowed by local groups or even families. We can facilitate sessions by arrangement too.
